Our wine list consists of nearly 600 wines, representing a thoughtful and thorough selection of Spain’s rapidly expanding world of wine. New York Times Top 100 Restaurants in NYC New York Times 3-Stars Michelin 1 Star since 2009 Role Description: This is a full-time position forService Manager.We are looking for a candidate who takes a 'hands-on' approach to management and is willing to lead by example and with empathy.You will work to support our staff to successfully provide guests with a service that is warm, knowledgeable & appreciative.In addition to being present on the floor during service, your job duties will include events, and administrative tasks such as composing daily reports, cash handling, ordering & closing the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.They will positively lead and inspire the service team, contributing to a collaborative work environment and culture. Desired Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for wine and understanding of Spanish wine varietals and regions Efficient in OpenTable and Toast POS Systems Must have 2 years experience in an NYC restaurant as a Manager Food Handlers certification preferred Have a warm, positive, and noticeably appreciative demeanor toward guests and colleagues Be able to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and productively lead a team Must be able to easily adapt and improvise.
